The Culinary Art Club under Hobby club organized an event named “Traditional Thali Making”

The Culinary Art Club under Hobby club organized an event named”Traditional Thali Making” in which all P.G. students of English and Mathematics participated with a great enthusiasm. They successfully prepared a thali consisting of a variety of dishes from Haryana and Punjab, such as chhole bhature, fried rice, kadhi pakoda, raabdi, mithe chawal, shahi tukda, and more. The event was convened by Dr. Shalini from the department of Home Science. Principal Rachna Arora, Dr. Aparna Batra and other staff members of the English, Home Science and Mathematics department graced the occasion with their presence and thoroughly enjoyed the various dishes prepared by students.
