The Chemistry Department organized an extension lecture on the topic of “IR & NMR Spectroscopy”

The speaker for the session was Dr. Sanchita, Assistant Professor at TIT&S, Bhiwani. The lecture provided a comprehensive understanding of both Infrared (IR) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Students were encouraged to apply the knowledge gained in their laboratory sessions and future research endeavors.Dr. Sanchita emphasized the importance of mastering these techniques, especially for students aspiring to pursue careers in chemical research, pharmaceuticals, and material science. The session concluded with her highlighting the relevance of these spectroscopy techniques in modern scientific advancements.This extension lecture was organized under the supervision of Principal Dr. Alka Mittal. A total of 47 students and 7 teachers attended the session.
