Induction Programme The Postgraduate Departments of English, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, and Chemistry at Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwani, organized an induction programme for the new students on 1st October 2024. The event aimed to welcome the students and provide them with guidance for their academic journey.Dr. Mohini, from the Department of Mathematics, initiated the program by explaining the Induction Program and introduced the faculty members from all streams to the students.After that, Dr. Renu, Head of the Department of Economics, informed the students about the curriculum, marks distribution, hobby clubs, activities etc…The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Aparna Batra, the Head of the English Department and a renowned motivational speaker. In her address, Dr. Batra emphasized the theme of “Self-Empowerment.” She imparted valuable insights into how students can strengthen themselves intellectually, mentally, and emotionally to build a successful future. She also shared practical tips on mastering essential life skills and communication skills. Dr. Batra highlighted the significance of women’s empowerment in today’s world, inspiring students to aim for holistic personal development and encouraging them to cultivate a multifaceted personality.The principal of the college, Dr. Alka Mittal, also addressed the students during the event. In her speech, she encouraged students to become individuals who offer a helping hand to others, rather than always seeking support. Her words motivated the students to develop a sense of responsibility, collaboration, and self-reliance.The induction programme concluded with an interactive session, where students had the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts.
