The Department of Psychology, under the guidance of Principal Mam,Dr.Alka Mittal,in collaboration with the Psychology and Allied Sciences Society, organized an Extension Lecture on “Applying Positive Psychology to Everyday Life” by Dr. Sonal Shekhawat, Assistant Professor, CBLU, Bhiwani. She beautifully illustrated how the principles of Positive Psychology can be integrated into our daily lives to enhance well-being and personal growth.
