Two day Baking workshop organized by Department of Home Science

Two day Baking workshop for students was organized by Department of Home Science from 28th August, 2024 to 29th August, 2024 by Miss Devyani Goyal. The workshop was organized and inaugurated under the able guidance of Principal, Dr. Alka Mittal. In his inaugural speech, Dr. Alka Mittal acknowledged that baking is a skill which is in great demand in the contemporary scenario. This workshop was organized under the guidance of Head of Department, Mrs. Sangeeta Manrow. Miss Devyani taught the skills and techniques of baking including how to make cake with icing, bajra cookies and other baked goods. This workshop also help the students learn different tips and tricks to make food that tastes better. On first session, 50 girl students present in this workshop took advantage of the workshop. The recipe was given to them along with a demonstration of the tools required, icing with nozzles and the variety of icing and layering in which the students had a hands-on experience. In the second session, taught the students naan khatai, cake construction, soaking, layering, coating and finishing cakes with frostings, making flowers using fondant etc. The two day workshop was concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal Dr. Aparna Batra. Dr. Aparna Batra motivated the students and made them aware about different avenues opened for the students like making blogs, videos etc. and appreciated the faculty for this workshop. Assistant Professor of Home Science, Dr. Sunanda and Dr. Shalini contributed in this workshop.

गृह विज्ञान विभाग द्वारा डिज़ाइनर गाउन पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का किया आयोजन

महाविद्यालय के गृह विज्ञान विभाग द्वारा डिज़ाइनर गाउन पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ प्राचार्या, डॉ अलका मित्तल के कुशल दिशानिर्देशन में हुआ। जिसमे प्रशिक्षक निशा ने सभी छात्राओं को विभिन्न प्रकार के डिज़ाइनर गाउन जैसे अंब्रेला कट, चुनट वाले, नाइफ़ प्लीट और बॉक्स प्लीट गाउन की कटिंग एवं स्टिचिंग सिखाई। छात्राओं को कटिंग, स्टिचिंग और फिटिंग में आने वाली समस्याओं का समाधान भी कार्यशाला की दौरान दिया गया। 50 छात्राओं ने कार्यशाला का लाभ उठाया। अंत में प्राचार्या, डॉ अलका मित्तल ने सभी छात्राओं को इस क्षेत्र में और आगे बढ़ने के लिए और अपनी उद्यमशीलता व कौशल को बढ़ाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।

The English Literary Society organised a workshop on the topic “ How to kill the fear of
Interview” . The resource person of this workshop was Mr. Yogesh Saini who is renowned
Communication Strategist, Interview Coach and Author . He talked about the fear faced by
Interviewees and its respective consequences and solutions in very precise and effective
manner .He motivated the students with the reference of Arunima Sinha and her book “
Mountains” . He said that Don’t create boundaries for yourself. Sky is the only limit for you.
He interacted with the students and conducted various activities with these students to arouse
their interest and make them feel confident. Students from various streams participated in the
workshop enthusiastically. They raised so many questions on the fear of Interview and our
resource person cleared their doubts.
On this occasion H.O.D,Dr. Aparna Batra motivated the students to work hard to achieve the
goals of their life. The workshop was organised under the supervision of Principal Dr. Alka
Mittal.

A workshop was organized by Research and development cell of Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya Bhiwani on ” How to frame a research proposal ” Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Alka Mittal. The resource person of this workshop was Mr. Neelabh Gupta ( A Renound International Scholar in Anthropology) of the Centre for South Asian Studies, University of Edinburgh, UK. The Idea of workshop was to enhance the knowledge of research proposal for PG students as well as for staff. He told about the different types of researches i.e Analytical research, Theoretical Research and Experimental research. His main focus was on the impact of science on society. He guided the students and staff regarding framing the effective research proposal by giving some exercises. Students majorly discussed the topics i.e PCOD, AI, Modern Technology, Effect of Nano Technology in cosmetics and climate changes etc. The participants gave their feedbacks and suggested to organize more workshops regarding this topic in future also.

महाविद्यालय में करियर गाइडेंस एंड प्लेसमेंट सेल के द्वारा स्नातक व स्नातकोत्तर अंतिम वर्ष की छात्राओं के लिए एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया । जिसमें छात्राओं को कंपनी में मिलने वाली रोजगार तैयारी के मूल-मंत्र बताए। छात्राओं को समूह चर्चा, साक्षात्कार के गुर से अवगत करवाया। छात्राओ ने यह भी जाना कि काॅरपोरेट में रोजगार प्राप्त करने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से प्रभावी व्यक्तित्व, आत्मविश्वास व कौशल ज्ञान की आवश्यकता होती है।

Department of chemistry has organized a workshop on water testing under the guidance of Principal Dr. Alka Mittal. In this work shop teachers aware all studends about the quality of water. Some test had also been performed in lab like chloride ion test, alkalinity, total hardness, PH test, TDS value, etc. Students learned a lot from this workshop. There were 70 students along with 15 teachers who attended the workshop.

The green club in collaboration with Department of Botany organised a workshop titled “compost making from kitchen waste”

This hands on experience enable students to learn various methods of composting. Simultaneously, the green club conducted tree plantation activity on the same day.The principal Dr. Alka Mittal inaugurated this tree plantation activity by planting a sapling .

वाणिज्य विभाग हॉबी क्लब के तत्वावधान में सूप मेकिंग कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया ।

जिसमें छात्राओं ने वेज सूप और टोमेटो सूप बनाना सीखा। कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्राचार्या डॉ. अलका मित्तल के कुशल नेतृत्व में किया गया।

गृह विज्ञान विभाग द्वारा आयोजित केक मेकिंग कार्यशाला में छात्राओं ने मार्बल लेयर व जैगरी आटा केक बनाना सिखा ।

कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्राचार्या डॉ.अलका मित्तल के कुशल नेतृत्व में किया गया। जिसमें महाविद्यालय के विभिन्न संकायों की 80 छात्राओं ने भाग लिया।

महाविद्यालय के फाइन आर्ट्स विभाग में हॉबी क्लब के अंतर्गत एकदिवसीय कॉफी पेंटिंग,कार्ड मेकिंग व मंडाला कला कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया ।

जिसमें महाविद्यालय की छात्राओं ने रुचि दिखाते हुए बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया। कार्यशाला का आयोजन महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ अलका मित्तल के सानिध्य में हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कला मानसिक तनाव को दूर करने का सबसे सरल माध्यम है

10 दिवसीय नृत्य कार्यशाला का समापन अत्यंत सुंदर प्रस्तुति द्वारा सम्पन हुआ।

शारिरीक व मानसिक संतुलन की विघा-कथक नृत्य डा0 अलका मित्तल भारतीय संस्कृति से ओत-प्रोत कथक नृत्य ईशवरीय साधना का सबसे सरल मार्ग प्रस्तुत करता है। कथक नृत्य शारिरीक मानसीक संतुलन की अदवीतिय कला है यह उदगार आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय में आयोजित 10 दिवसीय कार्यशाला के समापन समारोह में बतौर कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करते हुए प्राचार्या अलका मित्तल ने कहे। उन्होने कहा की नृत्य हमारे अन्दर सकारात्मक उर्जा का संचार करता है और इसके द्वारा हम भारतीय संस्कृति को पहचानते है। उन्होने यह भी कहा कि कथक नृत्य हमारे शरीर के प्रत्येक अंग को कलात्मक ढंग से प्रस्तुत करने की कला प्रदान करता है। कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्राचार्या के मार्गदर्शन में निर्देशिका डा0 अरूणा सचदेव के दिशा निर्देशन में संगीत विभाग द्वारा किया गया। कार्यशाला में अन्तरराष्ट्रीय कलाकार साक्षी शर्मा प्रशिक्षका रही। कार्यशाला का समापन समारोह अनीता नाथ अध्यक्ष सांस्कृतिमंच भिवानी, जगत नारायण, शशि परमार की उपस्थिती में हुआ। निर्देशिका डा0 अरूणा सचदेव ने बताया कि महाविद्यालय में छात्राए इस कार्यशाला से अत्यधिक प्रभावित रही। 150 से अधिक छात्राओं ने पंजीकरण करवाया। सभी छात्राओं ने बडे़ ही चाव व उत्साह से कथक नृत्य शैली को न केवल सिखा अपितु समापन समारोह में अपनी अदभुत प्रस्तुतीया भी दी। जिसमें भक्ति भाव से ओत-प्रोत गुरूवंदना, तोड,़े तुकड,े़ तिहाईयाँ व गतभाव प्रमुख रही। इस अवसर पर उन्होने यह भी कहा कि इस नृत्य शैली से छात्राओं में अनुशासन व आत्मविश्वास का संचार हुआ। बतौर प्रशिक्षिका अन्तरराष्ट्रीय कलाकार साक्षी शर्मा ने भी समापन समारोह में अदभुत कथक नृत्य, भक्ति रस से ओत-प्रोत शिव स्तुति, कथक का तकनीकि ताल पक्ष 17 मात्रा, राधा कृष्ण की छेड़छाड़ ‘कान्हा गिरधरी मेरो मग रोकत‘ पर प्रस्तुतीया दी। जिस पर सभागार मंत्रमुगघ हो गया। उन्होने बताया कि 10 दिवसीय कार्यशाला में छात्राओं ने ताल पक्ष, हस्तक क्रिया, चक्रो पर आधारित बदिंश को बडे ही लगन व अनुशासित तरीके से सिखा।समापन समारोह में छात्रा कल्याणी ने प्रशिक्षिका का छाया चित्र स्वंय बनाकर उन्हें भेंट किया जिससे वह भाव विभौर हो गई।कार्यक्रम में डा0 अरूणा सचदेव के आग्रह पर अन्तरराष्ट्रीय कलाकार विश्वदीप शर्मा द्वारा अदभुत प्रस्तुती दी। जिसमें घंुघरू ध्वनी द्वारा रेल संचालन ध्वनी प्रस्तुती प्रमुख रही।इस अवसर पर संगीत विभाग से डा0 रचना कौशिक, डा0 रितु रानी, उषा गोस्वामी, केशव कौशिक के साथ महाविद्यालय का समस्त शिक्षक वर्ग उपस्थित रहा।

कथा कहे सो कथक कहलाए कथक प्राचीन भारतीय शास्त्रीय नृत्य शैली मुख्यत कथा वाचन शैली पर आधारित है। यह हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति से ओत-प्रोत है। इससे जुड़कर छात्राएं न केवल अपनी संस्कृति से जुडेंगी अपितु उनका शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास होगा और उनमे आत्मविश्वास बढ़ेगा। यह उद्गार आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय में आयोजित 10 दिवसीय कथक कार्यशाला में दिल्ली से आई अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षिका डाॅ0 साक्षी शर्मा (दूरदर्शन कलाकार) ने कहे। उन्होंने कथक नृत्य शैली के बारे में बताया कि इसके तकनीकी पक्ष में तत्कार लय, ताल की जानकारी के साथ, हस्तक, तीन ताल में तोड़ें व तिहाईयां सिखाई जाती है। यह शारीरिक नियंत्रण एवं धैर्य की कला है। कथक कला में दृष्टि भेद, हस्त, ग्रीवासंचालन व सांसों पर नियंत्रण रखना भी सिखाया जाता है। कार्यशाला का आयोजन महाविद्यालय प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल के दिशानिर्देशन व निर्देशिका डाॅ0 अरुणा सचदेव के सानिध्य में संगीत विभाग द्वारा किया जा रहा है। महाविद्यालय प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल ने बताया कि आज के व्यस्तता भरे जीवन में अपने लिए समय निकालना नितांत आवश्यक है। आज की गलाकाट प्रतियोगिता एवं तकनीकी क्रांति के युग में प्रत्येक मनुष्य तनावग्रस्त है और युवा वर्ग में पाश्चात्य संस्कृति का बोल-बाला है। युवा वर्ग अपनी सभ्यता एवं संस्कृति को भूलता जा रहा है। छात्राओं को भारतीय संस्कृति से जोड़ने के लिए महाविद्यलाय ने 10 दिवसीय नृत्यशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। निर्देशिका डाॅ0 अरुणा सचदेव ने संगीत को परिभाषित करते हुए बताया कि संगीत गायन, वादन व नृत्य तीनों के मेल से पूरा होता है। जिसमें समय का उचित तालमेल होना आवश्यक है। संगीत की ताल एकगुण, दोगुण व चैगुण के समावेश के बिना नृत्य अधुरा है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि संगीत में ही भगवान का निवास है। कार्यशाला में न केवल छात्राएं पूरी लग्न व जोर-शोर के साथ भागीदारी स्थापित कर रही है अपितु महाविद्यालय का शिक्षक एवं गैर-शिक्षक वर्ग भी बढ़-चढ़कर भाग ले रहा है।छात्राओं की अभिव्यक्तिपूर्वांशी, साक्षी, आरती, पदमा, टविंकल, सुजाता, चित्राक्षी, संगीता, तनिषा व दीक्षाऽ पूर्वांशी – लगातार पढ़ाई करते रहने से मुझे गर्दन में दर्द था जो इस नृत्य शैली की मुद्राओं के माध्यम से दूर हो गया। पदमा- अन्य नृत्य शैलियों से केवल खुशी मिलती है लेकिन कथक नृत्य शैली से हमें आनंद मिला है और भक्ति की भावना उत्पन्न हुई है।ऽ साक्षी- कथक नृत्य से हमारे व्यक्तित्व में निखार आया और हमने अनुशासन में रहना सीखा।ऽ चित्राक्षी- नृत्य के माध्यम से हमारे अंदर अलग प्रकार की ऊर्जा कासंचार हुआ और हमने योग की मुद्राएं भी सीखी। ऽ संगीता- हम पहले केवल पाश्चातय नृत्य को ही जानते थे लेकिन आज महाविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित कथक नृत्य कार्यशाला के माध्यम से अपनी संस्कृति से जुड़ने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ।

10 दिवसीय नृत्य कार्यशाला का बड़े ही हर्षोल्लास के साथ आगाज हुआ। जिसमें 100 से अधिक छात्राओं ने पंजीकरण करवाया। कार्यशाला का आयोजन महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ अलका मित्तल के दिशा निर्देशन में हुआ। उन्होंने बताया कि नृत्य एवं संगीत अवसाद व तनाव को दूर करने की सबसे बडी कला है। कार्यशाला की शुरुआत निर्देशिका डॉ. अरुण सचदेव द्वारा मां शारदे के चरणों में पुष्पांजलि अर्पित करके की गई। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने छात्राओ को संगीत की बारीकियो से भी अवगत करवाया।

विज्ञान विभाग द्वारा दो दिवसीय घेवर कार्यशाला में प्रथम दिन मे प्राध्यापिकाओं को घेवर बनाने की विधि सिखाई गई।

कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्राचार्या रचना अरोड़ा के मार्गदर्शन में फाइन आर्ट विभाग से रजिता शेखावत व सीमा द्वारा किया गया। जिसमे छात्राओं ने विभिन्न प्रकार की पेंटिंग के माध्यम से पाॅट को पेंट करना सीखा।

कार्यशाला का आयोजन प्राचार्या रचना अरोड़ा के मार्गदर्शन में करियर गाइडेंस और प्लेसमेटं सेल के तत्त्वावधान में सेल की कोर्डिनेटर नीरू चावला द्वारा किया गया। जिसमे सह-संयोजिका सेल से गायत्री आर्या व ड़ॉ रितिका रही। कार्यशाला में प्रशिक्षक पुलंकित जैन रहे। उन्होनें कार्यशाला में छात्राओं को नौकरी की जरूरत के हिसाब से आकर्षक परिचय पत्र बनाना, इंटरव्यू मे महारथ हासिल करना सिखाया। साथ ही छात्राओं को उनके करियर मे सफल होने के लिए व्यवहारिक कौशल, साक्षात्कार तकनीक, संचार कौशल के बारे मे भी बताया। कार्यशाला के अंतिम दिन छात्राओं का मॉक इंटरव्यू हुआ।

Day 4 of the “Elevate your Career: Resume and Interview” workshop by Mr. Pulkit Jain was buzzing with excitement as students brought their updated creative resumes.

The session covered interview etiquette, body language, presentation skills, and dos and don’ts of interviews. The presenter challenged students to come up with creative self-introductions, which they did with impressive ideas. The session focused on personality enhancement, communication skills, and interview techniques, with students practicing confident answers to common interview questions and receiving feedback. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were contagious, leaving students feeling well-prepared for future interviews.

Day 3 of the “Elevate Your Career: Resume and Interview” workshop with Mr. Pulkit Jain was a game-changer.

Students got to explore how to decode job descriptions and tailor their resumes to meet specific requirements. Along with that, they learned about interview etiquette and practical techniques to make a lasting impression. With new knowledge, students left feeling energized and empowered to create impressive resumes and nail job interviews.

The workshop kicked off with an energizing introduction, emphasizing the importance of career and success in today’s competitive job market.

To keep the students’ dreams alive and inspire them to plan their careers, the presenter shared a motivating TED talk by a famous cyclist. The students learned how the workshop would offer personalized guidance on creating a compelling resume and mastering the art of interviewing.The instructor demonstrated examples of written and video resume formats and discussed the difference between CV, resume, and bio-data, providing practical examples and formats for each. The students also gained insights on employability skills and their significance in the workplace, setting them up for success in their careers.Overall, the first day of the workshop was exciting and informative, with students actively participating in the session. The presenter laid a solid foundation for them to build upon in the upcoming days.The session concluded with an exciting task for students to prepare a draft resume, create their LinkedIn profile, and make their first post on the platform. The presenter encouraged them to showcase their skills and experience and to network with other professionals in their field. The students were enthusiastic and eager to put their learning into practice, and the energy in the room was palpable.

जे.वी.एम. जी.आर.आर, महाविद्यालय, दादरी में 2 दिवसीय ललित कला कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।

जिसमे महाविद्यालय की ललित कला विभाग से 10 छात्राओं ने पैंटिंग, कोलाॅज, स्कैच, पोस्टर मेकिंग, बेस्ट आउट आफॅ वेस्ट और क्ले माॅड़लिंग आदि विषयो मे भाग लेकर अपना उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यशाला के माध्यम से छात्राओं मे आत्मविश्वास की वृद्धि हुई।
