The lecture aimed to raise awareness and provide valuable insights into maintaining good mental well-being. Dr. Suman shared practical strategies for managing stress and explored the connection between physical and mental health, emphasizing a holistic approach to overall well-being. The speaker encouraged open discussions about mental health and suicide, highlighting how openness helps break the stigma that often surrounds these topics. The program was conducted under the supervision of Principal **Dr. Alka Mittal**, and all students were actively engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the lecture.

Botany Department, in collaboration with the Green Club, organized an extension lecture on the occasion of World Ozone Day.

On 13th September 2024, the Botany Department, in collaboration with the Green Club, organized an extension lecture on the occasion of World Ozone Day. Dr. Reecha, Assistant Professor of Chemistry at AMMB, delivered the lecture, which was attentively listened to and well received by the students. The event was held under the guidance of the Principal Dr. Alka Mittal, Dr. Nisha Sharma and Dr. Suman also addressing the gathering. Several staff members were present, adding to the prestige of the event.

Bca Department organised an Extension lecture on the topic ‘Artificial Intelligence’

Bca Department organised an Extension lecture on the topic ‘Artificial Intelligence ‘ on 9.9.24 The Keynote Speaker of the lecture was Ms.Akriti Gupta, the renowned expert and Co founder , Director at the Bump Crew . In this regard,the Scenario is the introduction of AI in education and the kind of implication it can reveal for school & college. The keynote speaker interacted with students and conducted various examples with the students to arouse their interest and make them feel confident. The students raised so many questions and the Keynote Speaker cleared their doubts. In the event about 100 students attended the lecture. This Extension lecture was organised under the supervision of Principal Dr. Alka Mittal.All the teachers from Department of BCA were present in this Extension lecture

महाविद्यालय मे मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान के तहत एक व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया।

जिसमें मुख्य वक्ता आई0ए0एस0 दीपक बाबूलाल कारवा डिविजनल अधिकारी ,भिवानी रहे। उन्होंने छात्राओं को महिला सशक्तिकरण में युवा मतदाताओं की भागीदारी के महत्त्व को समझाया। उन्होंने बताया कि लोकतंत्र प्रधान देश भारत में अपने मत का प्रयोग करना लोकतंत्र से जुड़ने की पहली सीढ़ी है। इसलिए सर्वप्रथम अपना वोट बनवाएं और देश के हित में अपना मतदान करें।उन्होंने छात्राओं को वोट बनवाने एवं उसका प्रयोग करने की शपथ भी दिलाई। प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल ने आई0ए0एस0 अधिकारी को पौधा भेंट कर उन्हें सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में छात्राओं द्वारा मानव श्रृंखला बनाते हुए कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाया गया।

महाविद्यालय में एम0ओ0यू0 सेल द्वारा ’संत दादू दयाल का जीवन-दर्शन’ विषय पर विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया।

महाविद्यालय में प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल के दिशा-निर्देशन में एम0ओ0यू0 सेल द्वारा ’संत दादू दयाल का जीवन-दर्शन’ विषय पर विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे मुख्य वक्ता डाॅ0 रमाकांत शर्मा ने कहा कि भक्तिकाल में संत दादू दयाल मानवता के पोषक संत थे। निर्गुण परंपरा के संत दादू की विनम्रता अतुलनीय थी। उन्होंने ईश्वर, माया, जीव, जगत, योग, साधना इत्यादि की सहज सरल व्याख्या द्वारा समाज में समानता का प्रसार किया। उनकी वाणी में अद्भुत ज्ञान था। उनका जीवन सदैव मानवता को समर्पित रहा। समाज कल्याण में उनकी शिष्य परंपरा आज भी अनवरत है। छात्राओं को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने आगे कहा कि अवसाद आज की बड़ी समस्या बनती जा रही है। विद्यार्थी यदि संत दादू के सहज योग को अपनाएं तो इससे बचा जा सकता है।

महाविद्यालय में आइ.क्यू.ए.सी के तत्वावधान में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 पर विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया।

जिसमें मुख्य वक्ता डॉ गुंजन राजपूत डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार
ऋषिहुड विश्वविद्यालय, सोनीपत रही। उन्होंने महाविद्यालय की प्राध्यापिकाओं को नई शिक्षा नीति की बारीकियां से अवगत करवाया और बताया कि नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत पाठ्यक्रम इस प्रकार से तैयार किया जाएगा जिससे विद्यार्थियों का तकनीकी एवं कौशल विकास हो सके। महाविद्यालय प्राचार्या डॉ.अलका मित्तल ने मुख्य वक्ता का महाविद्यालय आगमन पर आभार प्रकट किया।

Competitive And Guidance Cell के अन्तर्गत एक विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया।

आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालयदिनांक 20 अक्टूबर, 2023 को आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय में प्राचार्या डॉ अलका मित्तल कि दिशा निर्देशन में Competitive And Guidance Cell के अन्तर्गत एक विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य वक्ता काउंटन कैपंस आफॅ एजूकेशन के डायरेक्टर रवि कुमार रहे। व्याख्यान का विषय Career Counseling Session रहा।अपने व्याख्यान में रवि कुमार ने कहा कि हमें ऐसे शिक्षण कौशल की आवश्यकता है जो शिक्षा की परिवर्तनात्मक शक्ति को मजबूती और महत्वपूर्ण सोच को बढ़ावा दे। मात्र रोजगार पाना ही विद्यार्थियों का लक्ष्य नही होना चाहिए। अपितु प्रैक्टिकल कौशलों का भी उन्हें पूर्ण ज्ञान होना चाहिए। उन्होनें बताया कि वर्तमान समय में वे हरियाणा एकेडमिक एक्सीलेंस माडॅल के साथ जुडे हुए हैं, जिसका उद्देश्य सरकारी क्षेत्र में करियर को पोषण और प्रोत्साहित करना है उन्होने कहा विद्यार्थियों को अपने लक्ष्य का चुनाव सोच समझ कर करना चाहिए। उन्होने बताया कि गणित के प्रश्नां को तार्किक ढ़ंग से सुलझाना चाहिए और प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में निधार्रित समय मे प्रश्नो को हल करने के तरीके समझाए।कार्यक्रम के अन्त में प्राचार्या डॉ अलका मित्तल ने कार्यक्रम की सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्नता पर कार्यक्रम संयोजिका डॉ मधु मालती और सह-संयोजिका डॉ ममता चौधरी को बधाई दी।

महाविद्यालय में Anti Sexual Harassment Cell के अंतर्गत एक विस्तार – व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया ।

आज दिनांक 17 अक्टूबर 2023 को आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय में Anti Sexual Harassment Cell के अंतर्गत एक विस्तार – व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया । व्याख्यान का विषय था — “कार्य – स्थल पर महिला उत्पीडन के खिलाफ सख्त कदम ” इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता महाविद्यालय प्राचार्या डाॅ अलका मित्तल ने की ।इस अवसर पर मुख्य वक्ता मनोविज्ञान विभाग से डाॅ वंदना बजाज थी । डाॅ वंदना ने अपने व्याख्यान में बताया कि 2013 में यौन उत्पीडन निवारण अधिनियम लागू किया । इस अधिनियम से कैसे उत्पीडन के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जा सकती है । दोषी व्यक्ति को कौन कौन से कानूनों के तहत सजा दी जा सकती है । प्राचार्या डाॅ अलका मित्तल ने छात्राओं को सम्बोधित करते हुए बताया कि यदि किसी भी महिला का शारीरिक या मानसिक उत्पीडन होता है तो उसे बिना किसी संकोच के खुलकर विरोध करना है और Anti Sexual Harassment Cell के सदस्यों के सामने अपनी बात रखनी है । मैडम ने यह भी बताया कि लडकियाँ स्वयं को कमजोर ना समझे । लडकियाँ चाहे तो बडे से बडा काम कर सकती हैं । Anti Sexual Harassment Cell की संयोजिका डाॅ मधु मालती ने बताया कि महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय ने वर्ष 2013 में पोश POSH एक्ट बनाया अर्थात प्रिवेंशन आफॅ सेक्सुअल हैरेसमैंट ।इस एक्ट के तहत हर संस्था या कंपनी को एक कमेटी बनानी होगी जो महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीडन की समस्याओं को सुनेगी । कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्राचार्या मैडम ने कार्यक्रम की सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्नता पर मुख्य वक्ता डाॅ वंदना ,कार्यक्रम संयोजिका डाॅ मधु मालती , कमेटी की सदस्य मैडम निर्मल मलिक को बधाई दी

नई सोच रखें और उसे बुलंद करे- प्रोफेसर रवि प्रकाशभिवानी, 21 सितंबर। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के अंदर कुछ न कुछ प्रतिभा एवं कला अवश्य होती है, आवश्यकता उसे पहचानने और निखारने की। सही मायने में उद्यमिता स्वयं के बारे में न सोचकर अपितु समाज एवं राष्ट्र के बारे में सोचना है। यह उद्गार आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय में आयोजित विस्तार व्याख्यान में चैधरी बंसीलाल विश्वविद्यालय से आए मुख्य वक्ता प्रो0 रवि प्रकाश ने कहे। विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन चैधरी बंसीलाल विश्वविद्यालय एवं स्वावलंबी भारत अभियान, हरियाणा के संयुक्त तत्त्वावधान में महाविद्यालय की उद्यमिता प्रकोष्ठ द्वारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कुलपति प्रोफेसर राजकुमार मित्तल के नेतृत्व व प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल के सानिध्य में हुआ। विस्तार व्याख्यान का विषय ’भारत में उद्यमिता का वर्तमान परिदृश्य’ रहा। प्रो0 रवि प्रकाश ने यह भी कहा कि आज भारत हर क्षेत्र में अपनी अलग पहचान बना रहा है। जिसमें महिलाओं की भूमिका बढ़-चढ़कर रहती है। उन्होंने सफल उद्यमियों का उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए छात्राओं की नई सोच को बुलंद करने के लिए प्रेरित किया और कहा कि आप नौकरी लेने वाले न बनकर, नौकरी देने वाले बनें। पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ कौशल को विकसित करने व स्व-रोजगार को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। महाविद्यालय प्राचार्या डाॅ0 अलका मित्तल ने छात्राओं को ’अर्न वाइल यू लर्न अभियान’ के साथ जुड़ने को कहा। उन्होंने कई ज्वलंत उदाहरणों के साथ छात्राओं को प्रेरित किया कि वह घर पर ही अपना छोटा-सा व्यवसाय मेहंदी, सौंदर्य प्रसाधन प्रशिक्षक व टयूशन या अन्य कोई भी विकल्प व्यवसाय के रूप में चयन कर एक सफल उद्यमी बन सकती है। कार्यक्रम में डाॅ0 रेणू व डाॅ0 गायत्री बंसल एवं उद्यमिता प्रकोष्ठ से प्राध्यापिका नीरजा, आस्था, उपस्थित रही।

एन.जी ओ.स्टैंड विद नेचर एवं महाविद्यालय के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में ‘पर्यावरण संरक्षण’ पर विस्तार व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया।

जिसमें वाणिज्य विभागाध्यक्षा नीरू चावला ने ‘जलवायु परिवर्तन पृथ्वी के लिए बड़ा खतरा’ विषय पर अपना वक्तव्य प्रस्तुत किया। इस सेमिनार में कॉलेज की 100 से ज्यादा छात्राओं ने स्टैंड विद नेचर की सदस्यता ग्रहण की व जलवायु परिवर्तन के अभियान को गाँव तक ले जाने का निश्चय किया ।

An extension lecture was organized by the Chemistry Department of Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, on the topic Introduction of Spectroscopy

This lecture was presented by Dr. Sanchita, Assistant Professor Department of applied Science TIT&S Bhiwani.Dr. Sanchita explained the basic principles of spectroscopy ” that when matter interacts with electromagnetic radiation, it absorbs or emits specific wavelengths of light that are characteristic of the atomic or molecular structure of the matter. These absorbed or emitted wavelengths can be measured and analyzed to learn about the composition, structure, and properties of the matter being studied.”In this lecture Dr. Sanchita also explained one of the most important applications of spectroscopy is in the field of analytical chemistry , by measuring the absorption or emission spectra of a sample, chemists can identify and quantify various chemical components present in the sample. This is incredibly useful in fields such as drug development, environmental monitoring, and forensic science, among others.This lecture was attended by all the staff members and students of PG and UG (Department of chemistry).

Department of Mathematics, organized an extension lecture on “Application of Coding Theory”

Speaker- Dr. Anu Kathuria, Assistant Professor, TIT&S Bhiwani. She explained how coding theory along with modern cryptography is crucial in protecting information and how the theory offers valuable protection against things such as “fraud and identity theft”. All the postgraduate students of mathematics attended the lecture. She also answered the queries asked by the students. Everything she talked about was deeply absorbed by the students. The Lecture was attended by all the staff members of Mathematics Department.

Dr. Rachna Kaushik from the department of Music Vocal. Dr. Rachna explained the fundamentals of Swar, Lay, and Taal to the students. All the postgraduate students attended the lecture. The lecture was supervised by Manisha and Dr. Yogesh Kumar. Dr. Renu and other staff members graced the occasion with their presence.

The Department of Psychology organised an extension lecture on “Exam Stress and its Management” (JPMR) by keynote speaker Dr. Pankaj Sharma under the guidance of Sangeeta Manrow (Coordinator)and Ms Geetu Verma (Convenor). This lecture aimed to reduce the exam stress of students with Muscle Relaxation Techniques . The speaker told the students to take examination as an experience and not make it a battlefield. Principal Rachna Arora inspired the students to read on regular basis and to not compare themselves with others because each individual is unique, the students must aspire to realise their own potential . They must do physical exercise and meditation on regular basis. All the students actively engaged themselves in the activity and fully enjoyed this lecture.
