It was some great time and some great moments when I was the student of this ‘Institution of ‘Excellence. I am proud to be the alumna of Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwani, being the student and later worked as teaching faculty for a long time of more than 16 years. It was not for my time there, but this institution is always a boon for the students and teaching faculty as well. I agree that there is no way I would be excelling at teaching and research. I also worked as an incharge of Alumni’s Association in this institution for a long time and glad to express my gratitude to all the alumni for their support to make all the programs a grand success. I have a commitment to continue my association with the College alongside my other great colleagues. I recommend Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya for the success and overall personal and professional growth of a student.

For the past 13 years, I have been serving as an Assistant Professor, where I strive to inspire and guide students with the same values and knowledge that I once received as a student. My association with the college has remained strong over the years, and I am privileged to contribute actively as the Treasurer of the Alumni Association. This role allows me to stay connected with fellow alumni and support initiatives that strengthen the bond between past and present students. मैं डॉक्टर ममता चौधरी असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर,हिंदी विभाग आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय भिवानी अत्यंत हर्षित भाव से आपके साथ अपने अनुभव सांझा करना चाह रही हूं कि बहुत ही गर्व का विषय है कि मैं आदर्श महिला महाविद्यालय की पूर्व छात्रा रही हूं और वर्तमान में यहीं पर असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के तौर पर कार्यरत हूं। मैने इस महाविद्यालय के प्रांगण में एक लंबा अरसा एक छात्रा के रूप में जिया है, जो मेरे जीवन का बेहतर समय रहा है यह महाविद्यालय मेरे रग– रग में बसा है यहां का शैक्षिक वातावरण, हमारे अध्यापकों का अपनापन, सहेलियों की बातें, मस्ती सब मुझे आज भी रोमांचित करता है। मैं यह मानती हूं की एक स्टूडेंट के लिए इससे सुखद कोई अनुभव हो ही नहीं सकता कि वह जिस कक्ष में बैठकर लेक्चर सुनता था, वहीं आज लेक्चर देता है 😊.सदस्य
My name is Tanya, and I am a proud alumna of Adarsh Mahila Mahavidyalaya, where I completed my graduation during 2018–2021. My time at the college was instrumental in shaping both my academic journey and personal growth. The institution provided a supportive and enriching environment that nurtured my interest in Chemistry and encouraged critical thinking. During these years, I developed key values such as discipline, dedication, integrity, and perseverance. The guidance and motivation of my teachers played a significant role in building my confidence and strengthening my analytical abilities. Their constant support inspired me to pursue a career in teaching. Beyond academics, the college helped me grow as an individual by instilling leadership qualities, responsibility, and social awareness. Today, as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry and an active alumni member, I feel grateful to my alma mater.
